A conservative, gradual approach is commonly recommended when introducing any heel lift. This is general educational information, not a personalized treatment plan. ⚠️ Start conservative. Never begin at your full measured discrepancy. If you experience pain, reduce your stack by 1–2mm and check in with a physician or physical therapist.
